This year I was inspired by a church sermon at the beginning of December. Jesus is the true light who we need to seek, otherwise we are stumbling in the darkness.
I really liking the growing trend of flowing typography that I've seen more and more this year in print. So, I wanted to incorporate an element of that with the 'lights' theme.

| I drew this in Illustrator, printed it out, traced on watercolor paper. I scanned the painting and overlayed the watercolor painting over the digital image to get the rich 'guache' look. |
